Requirements :
• The cumulative average score for the 11th-grade report card in Mathematics and English is 75 or 1.5 points above the KKM (Minimum Passing Criteria).
• Register online via the website or offline at the registration counter of Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas.
• Submit a photocopy or scan of the 11th-grade report card.
• Submit a colored passport-sized photo with a blue background.
• Complete the re-registration payment process according to the payment terms.
